No Refunds on Digital Products

Because the Lab Outfit Builder is a digital product and access to the code is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds because:

• The product is delivered digitally and cannot be returned

• Once the code is in your possession it cannot be "un-delivered"

• The full product description, FAQs, and demo are available before purchase so you can make an informed decision

Before You Buy We encourage you to:

• Review the full product description and feature list

• Watch any available demo videos

Exceptions In the rare event of a technical issue where the product was not delivered or is fundamentally broken and cannot be resolved through support, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
