Lab Outfit Builder — License Agreement

1. Grant of License By purchasing or receiving access to the Outfit Builder Section ("the Software"), you are granted a single-store, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one (1) Shopify store owned and operated by you.

2. Permitted Uses You may:

  • Install and use the Software on one Shopify store

  • Customize the appearance and settings of the Software for your store

  • Modify the code solely for personal use on your licensed store

3. Restrictions You may NOT:

  • Resell, sublicense, lease, or transfer the Software or your license to any third party

  • Share, distribute, or give away the Software code in whole or in part

  • Use the Software on more than one store without purchasing an additional license

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original Software

  • Offer the Software as a service to other merchants

  • Reverse engineer the Software for the purpose of creating a competing product

  • Upload or share the Software code publicly on GitHub, marketplaces, or any other platform

4. Additional Store Licenses If you wish to use the Software on more than one Shopify store, you must purchase a separate license for each additional store. Please contact us for multi-store pricing.

5. Ownership The Software remains the intellectual property of the original creator at all times. This license grants you the right to use the Software but does not transfer ownership.

6. Termination This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of the terms above. Upon termination, you must remove the Software from your store immediately.

7. No Warranty The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The creator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Modifications & Support Any modifications made to the Software by the licensee are done at their own risk. Support is provided at the creator's discretion and does not cover issues arising from unauthorized modifications.

Lab Outfit Builder — Terms of Sale

1. Digital Product The Lab Outfit Builder is a digital product delivered as theme code. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the Software files.

2. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the code has been delivered. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read the product description and understand what you are purchasing

  • Digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered

  • Access to the code constitutes delivery of the product in full

3. What You Receive Upon purchase you will receive:

  • The Lab Outfit Builder theme section code

  • Installation instructions

  • Documentation for setup and customization

4. Support Basic setup support is included. Support does not cover custom development requests, theme conflicts caused by third-party modifications, or issues arising from incorrect installation.

5. Compatibility It is your responsibility to ensure the Software is compatible with your Shopify theme and plan before purchasing. We recommend reaching out with any compatibility questions prior to purchase.

6. Agreement By purchasing the Lab Outfit Builder you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to both these Terms of Sale and the Lab Outfit Builder License Agreement.
